4. Curing: potting good parts at room temperature curing, the early solid into next working procedure, after complete curing need to 24 hours. Summer temperature, curing is quicker; Can be slow to winter low temperature curing.

Note: in the curing process of small molecules before fully released, filling and sealing device is not to be completely sealed, and high temperature (> 100 ℃). If need completely sealed, in guangdong area, it is recommended that 3 days in summer, winter in 7 days before being closed.

The attention, with glue

1. Before the weighing of components should be A proper stirring, to sink to the bottom of the pigment or filler dispersion to the adhesive solution, otherwise it will cause slow curing, the phenomenon such as viscosity and the color is not uniform.

2. The accuracy of weighing at least 1 g, to ensure the accuracy ratio of A and B component.

3. Every time with adhesive solution must be finished in the operation time, otherwise the viscosity increases gradually, liquidity becomes poor.

4. In use with a plastic container with glue again, have to clean the container residual glue, may continue to match, otherwise easy to cause plastic filaments, liquidity is poor.
